Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH):

Clean Drinking Water is one of the essential needs of human being. There are billions of people who have no access or have minimal access to clean drinking water all across Africa and other parts of the world. Access to toilets and safe disposal of human waste are the core elements of sanitation. Building toilets and encouraging people to end the “open defecation” practised in targeted areas by engaging people in our sanitation programmes is an area we will cover. We promote acceptable hygiene practices by encouraging the local communities to wash hands with soap to prevent germs and bacteria-caused diseases in rural areas. We plan to provide clean water to affected people by drilling wells and boreholes, connecting water to remote areas and installing Water Purification Stations on existing water sources such as rivers, ponds, lakes and valleys.
